About the Role
As a Commercial Farm Management Advisor, you will support dairy farmers across the South Island in achieving optimal results with Lely solutions, including automated milking robots, feed pushers and manure cleaning robots.

About You
- Experience in dairy farming, feeding or farm management - paired with a customer‑focused, commercial mindset.
- Strong advisory and communication skills - with the ability to analyse farm data and translate insights into practical actions.
- Confidence in presenting solutions, negotiating, and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes - both in the field and remotely.
- Proactieve communication skills - able to support farmers, working together across different teams.
- Willingness to advance your skills - We have several structured learning programmes to help you get to the next level.
- Experience in dairy farming, feeding or farm management - paired with a customer‑focused, commercial mindset.
