It is with regret to announce that our valued member of the Supervisory Board (SVB), Lisbet Thyge Frandsen, has decided to step down from her role in the SVB per 1 October 2025. The shareholders together with the Supervisory Board will start the search for a new candidate to ensure the Supervisory Board can continue to function at full strength.

The decision of the Flemish government was announced yesterday. Thanks to the Flemish government's confidence in innovation as a contribution to making the agricultural sector more sustainable, dairy farmers can take concrete steps towards the future with the circular housing system Lely Sphere.
