Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and ensure efficient, effective operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, and profitability through strategic planning, process optimization, and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with business strategy
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts where necessary
  • Handle operational issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in an operations management or similar role

  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets

Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
