To continuously improve these systems and ensure they perform optimally, we are looking for an ERP Application Expert who will help our organization keep innovating and support our customers worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical support, implementation, and further development of our Salesforce application. This CRM system is used worldwide by Lely Centers to support commercial and service processes related to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for technical questions, work closely with colleagues and stakeholders, and ensure the application remains reliable and effective. In doing so, you will directly contribute to Lely’s digital strength and innovation capabilities.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and resolving technical incidents and issues within the Salesforce application.
- Providing technical support to colleagues in Lely Centers worldwide.
- Collaborating with the internal technical team and various stakeholders.
- Continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to the development of technical modifications and extensions to the application in Java and SQL.
Wat is jouw ervaring?
You are curious, analytical, and feel at home in an IT‑driven environment. You get energy from understanding applications in depth and see technical challenges as opportunities to learn and improve.
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:
- Bachelor’s or master’s level of working and thinking.
- Some work experience and knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is an advantage, but not required.
- A strong affinity with IT and the ability to quickly master new systems.
- Basic knowledge of Java and SQL.
- Good command of the English language due to our international support environment.
- A solution‑oriented mindset and perseverance when things don’t work immediately.
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
A pre‑employment screening applies to this position, consisting of a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background/integrity check. Due to access to sensitive (financial) information and customer data, we place great importance on a careful assessment. The screening must be successfully completed before you can join us.
