Farm Management Specialist

You bring a deep understanding of dairy farming, combined with a passion for collaboration, analysis, and knowledge sharing. You're motivated to help farmers and advisors thrive and enjoy turning practical experience into actionable insights. 

You bring: 

• A completed education in the field of agriculture, specializing in Animal and Livestock Farming.  
• Preferably, you have gained international experience in farming or are willing to take that step. 
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the dairy industry. 
• Solid understanding of automation in dairy farming (milking, feeding, health); knowledge of grazing systems and barn design is a plus. 
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and other digital tools. 
• Strong communication skills and a drive to turn expertise into training and knowledge assets. 
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. 
• Availability to work from the Lely Campus in Maassluis at least 3 days a week and willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 10% of the time.
