What is your role?

Do you have a passion for people, processes, and data? Then this is your opportunity to make an impact within our international HR organization! As a Global HR Officer at Lely, you are the connecting link between our HR colleagues worldwide. You ensure that HR processes run smoothly, support the rollout of strategic HR initiatives, and deliver valuable insights based on HR data through your analytical perspective.

In addition, you will work on a variety of international HR projects and contribute to the further professionalization of our reward policy. You combine operational accuracy with a strategic mindset, enabling you to make a difference on a global scale.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the global rollout of strategic HR initiatives and HR projects.
  • Together with the Manager Global HR & Data Management, being responsible for data collection and reporting, with the aim of strengthening HR data analytics.
  • Optimizing HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Managing international HR administration, contract changes, and employee data.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of an international reward policy, including benchmarking.
  • Acting as a point of contact for international HR colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing within the HR network.

Wat is jouw ervaring?

You are service-oriented, detail-focused, and analytically strong. You know how to translate data into clear insights and enjoy switching between strategy and execution. You also have a strong sense of organizational dynamics within an international environment and communicate effortlessly at different levels.

In addition, you bring:

  • A completed higher professional education (Bachelor’s degree), preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and experience with HR systems, preferably AFAS.
  • Experience with or affinity for HR data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience with reward-related topics, such as international compensation structures or job evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; you are able to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
