Wat is jouw rol?
The Information Analyst is the crucial link between the Business Analyst, who defines the business requirements, and the IT DevOps team, which is responsible for developing and testing solutions. In an Agile Scrum environment, this role ensures that the functional and technical requirements of the business are accurately and iteratively translated into effective and scalable IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering stakeholder needs and requirements
- Translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Modeling processes and information flows (data models)
- Supporting the creation of functional designs
- Identifying bottlenecks in processes or systems
- Ensuring data quality, information security, and compliance aspects
- Collaborating with the Product Owner, developers, and testers during refinement and sprint execution
As part of a strategic transformation program, we are redesigning our processes and systems to future-proof our international service organization. We are looking for a senior information analyst who will help shape this challenge with vision and decisiveness.
What will you do:
- Analyze current and desired service processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Gather information through interviews and workshops with international stakeholders
- Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria within an Agile methodology
- Conduct impact analyses on processes, interfaces, and data flows
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Testers
You will play a key role in an international program that defines how we deliver service to our customers worldwide.
Wat is jouw ervaring?
- A higher education (HBO or university level) in business administration, IT, or a technical field
- At least 5 years of experience as an information analyst in a complex environment
- Experience with service processes and service applications (ERP, Field Service, FSM)
- Knowledge of or experience with IFS FSM 6 is a plus
- Familiarity with process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and working in Agile projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create data and process models, understand system integrations and data flows
- Sufficient technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with developers, architects, and testers
