It is with regret to announce that our valued member of the Supervisory Board (SVB), Lisbet Thyge Frandsen, has decided to step down from her role in the SVB per 1 October 2025. The shareholders together with the Supervisory Board will start the search for a new candidate to ensure the Supervisory Board can continue to function at full strength.

Maassluis, 29 July 2025 – Lely Sphere has been officially admitted to the AER list: the list of ammonia emission-reducing technologies for Flemish dairy farmers. The decision of the Flemish government was announced yesterday. Thanks to the Flemish government's confidence in innovation as a contribution to making the agricultural sector more sustainable, dairy farmers can take concrete steps towards the future with the circular housing system Lely Sphere.

Maassluis, 24 June 2025 – Today, the Van der Lely Foundation was launched during a festive event at the Lely Campus. The foundation has been set up to support various social causes both in the Netherlands and abroad. To mark the launch, Lely announced that it will pledge 5% of its annual profit to support the foundation. This profit pledge will contribute to realising Lely’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) ambitions and commitments as embedded in the company’s strategy.

Maassluis, 24 June 2025 – Today at the Future Farm Days, Lely proudly launched three exciting solutions. Both Astronaut A5 Next and Astronaut Max build on the success of the Astronaut A5 milking robot. Next to that, Lely Hub was introduced: an essential data safety device for farmers. These solutions are designed to meet the evolving needs of modern dairy farming, with a strong focus on improving animal welfare and farmer prosperity. Lely is proud to take the next step towards the realisation of the Farm of the Future.

Today, we released our annual review over 2024. New this year is the chapter ‘Sustainability statements’: a first step towards being compliant with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. In the review, we reflect on the progress made on our strategic focus areas and key figures and we take a closer look on our environmental, social and governance initiatives.

To take sustainability in dairy farming to the next level, Lely has joined forces with ReGeNL – a Dutch consortium dedicated to regenerative agriculture. This approach supports healthier soils, increased biodiversity, and improved climate and water management, while also offering a future-proof business model for farmers.

Maassluis, 18 March 2025 – Lely has launched the Vector MFR Next, the new mixing and feeding robot that takes robotic precision feeding to a higher level. The Vector MFR Next has a strong drive line and a frame with a loading capacity of up to 800kg. This provides a 35% increase in feed loading capacity compared to the previous generation, increasing the suitability for more farms. Front and rear lights provide extra visibility. The Vector provides dairy farmers with a versatile mixing and feeding solution to optimise their feeding strategy and save substantially on labour. With this new robot, the Vector MFR Next takes Lely another step further towards the Farm of the Future.

Today, Lely presents its annual results for 2024: with a total sales of €857 million (2023: €888 million), in line with the more difficult dairy market.

Maassluis, 14 February 2025 – For the second year in a row, Lely is compensating the CO₂ emissions from its business operations and corporate travel. Following last year’s partnership with Acorn, Lely is now adding two new partners: Klim and Climate Partner. With these additions, Lely is taking further steps in its CO₂ offset program.
