Accounts Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to manage day-to-day financial operations, payroll, and office support. You’ll work across teams to keep everything running smoothly. Supporting our customers, engineers, and leadership team alike.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations in Sage 50 Accounts

·       Process payroll, pensions, and HMRC submissions

·       Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

·       Reconcile VAT, credit cards, petty cash, and monthly bank statements

·       Track holiday and HR records; support staff onboarding and leavers

·       Help manage office logistics—ordering supplies, booking travel, arranging deliveries

·       Submit monthly government reports (ONS, ADSB, Intrastat)

·       This job description is not exhaustive, and other reasonable duties may be required to support the smooth running of the business.

You’ll Need

·       Solid Sage 50 Accounts experience

·       Good knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and VAT

·       Strong organisation, accuracy, and communication skills

·       Confidence using Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office

·       Experience in farming or a related sector is a bonus (but not essential)
