As a Field Service Engineer, you will get hands on experience, developing the knowledge and skills required to perform the necessary tasks to install and maintain Lely equipment.
What we are looking for:
- Previous service experience in dairy-related industry is preferred but not essential;
- Experience and/or a relevant qualification in service, mechanical or electrical engineering;
- Ability to use computer applications;
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to work in a team;
- Must possess a full valid driver’s license (maximum 3 points);
- Ability to problem solve and multitask with a high attention to detail.

What does the role involve
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, service & maintenance on Lely products on customers farms;
- Build positive relationships with customers;
- Collaborate with service/ sales colleagues when needed;
- Liaise with Stock Control, to ensure company van is fully equipped with parts required and replenished as required;
- Completion of accurate job-related administration and reports;
- Completion of Lely mandatory training and exams;
