Job Title - Lely Atlantic Technical Support (UK and Ireland)
Reporting to the Lely Atlantic TSS Team lead you will be working in close conjunction with the current Lely Atlantic Technical Service Support team, and be part of the wider customer care team supporting Lely’s Franchise network and associated milking and feeding equipment. The position will entail but not be limited to: project management tasks designated by your Manager – Technical Hotline support, customer visits, H&S, Farm Audits, Modifications/updates, Training, ETC. Become a pro-active member of Lely Atlantic and to work in close conjunction with your TSS colleagues and Lely Industries Support Teams. You should be a good team player with good practical experience and an ability to communicate with others.
