As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lely, you get close to the business. Really close. You sit down with hiring managers, understand their world, and know their teams well enough to recognize the right person when you meet them. You are shaping teams that build robots, develop software, and help dairy farmers across the world run their farms more sustainably. 

Your team 

You will join a Talent Acquisition team at the Lely Campus in Maassluis that genuinely enjoys working together. The team is made up of recruiters, talent sourcers, a recruitment marketer, and every six months an intern and working student join to support day-to-day activities. Each person has their own specialty, which means you learn from each other constantly. But what our team members value most is the culture: it is inclusive, not competitive. When someone has a tough vacancy or a challenging week, the rest of the team steps in. We focus on quality over quantity, and we celebrate our wins together. 

What you will spend your time on: 

  • Owning the full recruitment process: from intake and vacancy analysis through to offer and onboarding. 
  • Working closely with talent sourcers to identify and attract the right candidates for your vacancies. 
  • Advising hiring managers on the labor market, selection methods, and candidate experience. 
  • Contributing to employer branding and strengthening how Lely is seen as an employer. 
  • Monitoring recruitment KPIs and improving how we work, one process at a time.

We could not leave this vacancy without a few hard requirements. Here they are: 

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree. 
  • Experience in recruitment (3 to 5 years). 
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
