As a high-performing team, we bring out the best in ourselves daily. We’re known for our collaborative spirit both inside and outside Lely, and each month, we successfully secure at least 20 hires from hard-to-reach target groups. How do we achieve this? Simple: together. We operate as a team and firmly believe in the diverse specializations that recruitment entails—like sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, recruitment officers, campus recruitment, and employer branding.
We hold stand-ups three times a week to share where we need help and where we can offer support. Only through true collaboration can we hit our team targets. We also regularly participate in team trainings and outings to deepen our bond, usually wrapped up with a relaxed social drink.
The candidate experience starts the moment a candidate applies, and we take that very seriously. The unique Lely feeling must be felt from that first interaction. What is that exactly? Wat is jouw ervaring?
But let’s talk about you… You are a specialist, highly skilled in your field and full of ambition. You know how to create the perfect match between the candidate, Lely, and the vacancy. You take ownership of the recruitment process from the very beginning and see it through until the offer is accepted. You act as a true business partner to the hiring manager, scheduling regular updates and staying closely involved throughout.
You’re a strong advocate of employee advocacy and actively embody this principle yourself. You have access to a wide range of expertise within the team, including a sourcer, employer branding specialist, recruitment marketer, and other HR professionals. Additionally, you’ll have tools such as a LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, unlimited job slots, multiple job boards, and professional photo and video materials at your disposal. Missing something? Furthermore:
- At least 3 years of experience as a (agency or in-house) recruiter
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (HBO level)
- You are currently living in the Netherlands with a valid work permit and you are fluent in English (spoken and written).
