Lisbet Thyge Frandsen steps down from Supervisory Board

It is with regret to announce that our valued member of the Supervisory Board (SVB), Lisbet Thyge Frandsen, has decided to step down from her role in the SVB per 1 October 2025. The shareholders together with the Supervisory Board will start the search for a new candidate to ensure the Supervisory Board can continue to function at full strength.

Alexander van der Lely, Chairman of the Supervisory Board reacts: “We enjoyed working with Lisbet during the past years and want to sincerely thank her for her insights and commitment. As a seasoned leader in – amongst others – technology and innovation she brought strong expertise into our team. We truly regret that she will leave the team, yet are happy to have worked with her. We wish her well!”

Lisbet joined the SVB in 2020. Next to being a general member, she also was part of the People Committee. Lisbet steps down for health reasons and looks forward to slowing down a bit more in her life.

Lisbet Thyge Frandsen: “It has been both a privilege and a true honor to work with Lely, and I have cherished every moment of this journey. Unexpected health issues have, however, led me to retire and to conclude all my professional engagements earlier than originally anticipated. I extend my warmest wishes for a bright future to my talented and kind colleagues at Lely.”

Lely Sphere offers Flemish dairy farmers sustainable outlooks for the future

Lely pledges 5% of annual profit to recently launched Van der Lely Foundation

Maassluis, 24 June 2025 – Today, the Van der Lely Foundation was launched during a festive event at the Lely Campus. The foundation has been set up to support various social causes both in the Netherlands and abroad. To mark the launch, Lely announced that it will pledge 5% of its annual profit to support the foundation. This profit pledge will contribute to realising Lely’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) ambitions and commitments as embedded in the company’s strategy.

Future-proof automatic milking solutions and digital resilience on-farm

Maassluis, 24 June 2025 – Today at the Future Farm Days, Lely proudly launched three exciting solutions. Both Astronaut A5 Next and Astronaut Max build on the success of the Astronaut A5 milking robot. Next to that, Lely Hub was introduced: an essential data safety device for farmers. These solutions are designed to meet the evolving needs of modern dairy farming, with a strong focus on improving animal welfare and farmer prosperity. Lely introduces the Vector MFR Next: less work, more results

Maassluis, 18 March 2025 – Lely has launched the Vector MFR Next, the new mixing and feeding robot that takes robotic precision feeding to a higher level. The Vector MFR Next has a strong drive line and a frame with a loading capacity of up to 800kg. This provides a 35% increase in feed loading capacity compared to the previous generation, increasing the suitability for more farms. Front and rear lights provide extra visibility. The Vector provides dairy farmers with a versatile mixing and feeding solution to optimise their feeding strategy and save substantially on labour. With this new robot, the Vector MFR Next takes Lely another step further towards the Farm of the Future.
