Logistics Coordinator
What is your role?
Join Lely New Zealand Limited as our next Logistics Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our logistics and administrative functions—ensuring our customers and internal teams receive outstanding service every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily warehouse activities including ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure everything runs accurately and on schedule.
- Maintaining up‑to‑date and reliable inventory records and generating stock reports as needed.
- Assisting with sales order processing to support timely, accurate order fulfilment.
- Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support seamless communication and quick problem‑solving.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve our warehouse and administrative processes.
What is your experience?
- Proven experience in a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with confidence working in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with complex ERP systems—Infor M3 experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive, problem‑solving attitude and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement.
- A resilient, adaptable approach and a willingness to learn and grow.
