Warehouse Operator
What is your role?
Join Lely New Zealand Limited as a Warehouse Operator. This role offers flexible part-time hours and is based in our Hamilton office. As the Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of our warehouse operations and administrative functions.
What you'll be doing
- Ensuring all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods are carried out accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels and movements
- Assist with the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse and administrative processes
What is your experience?
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operator.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Preferable current working knowledge with complex ERP system (Infor M3 preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hold a valid forklift license
