'I either work in the office, the lab or on a farm to observe how my solution works in a robot', says Pim, an electronics engineer. 'We give cows more freedom and comfort, which I think is great'. Make it legendairy.
'I like freedom and variety in my work'

Pim
'Intelligent electrotechnics that make robots perform'
'You will have realised that I think we are doing great things at Lely. Performing various specialised tasks, our robots have a dramatic impact on farming businesses. There are robots that milk the cows in an animal-friendly manner; in fact the cow has total freedom, as she herself decides on the time of milking. There are also robots that allocate feed, with a personalised ration for each cow. And we have robots that keep the barns clean and hygienic. We are not only talking technological innovation here; because of the impact on the work and life of the farmer, we are talking social innovation as well'.
