Hygiene influences animal health, milk quality, and the operation and lifespan of the machines. Each type of dirt requires a different approach, depending on its origin and the surface it sticks to. That is why Lely developed the Foam concept, with safe detergents for a clean working environment.
For the optimal performance of the milking robot, Lely provides the wear parts that need timely replacement. These components are designed for easy self-replacement, ensuring the machine functions smoothly.
The silicone strip at the bottom of the Lely Discovery wears and tears. We recommend that you replace this flexible strip about twice a year or if it is damaged.
We deliver components for the daily maintenance of the Calm that you can easily replace yourself. Calm teats and tubes are constantly in contact with milk and the calves. Regular replacement of wear parts supports hygienic feeding conditions and reliable machine operation.
